Delivery Timescales

Orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday will be despatched the following working day. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched the following Tuesday. Subject to Bank Holiday amendments.
Postage is for UK mainland only, Scottish Highlands, islands are at extra cost. Deliveries are via XDP to a UK Mainland Postcode only.

Please note: These are all day deliveries and we are not able to specify a delivery window of when your item will be delivered.

Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern and Southern Ireland will incur an additional delivery charge, and this may not be a next day service. Please contact us before purchasing for the cost and information on the additional shipping to non UK Mainland Postcode destinations. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed that require shipping to these areas, where the customer will not pay the additional costs.

Where possible please check your item on delivery. If the item is damaged in any way the item must be signed for as DAMAGED or the item delivery can be refused provided goods are returned in original packaging and in a re-saleable and unused condition. Once received and checked, provided these criteria is met we will issue a full refund.

Items must be checked within 24 hours and any issues reported within that period.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your account policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
